Jarratt R.
Jarratt's foray into fitness culture began in early adulthood whilst serving as a regular in the Singapore Armed Forces' Commando Battalion. Having already sustained multiple shoulder dislocations as a teenager, which contributed to his chronic shoulder instability, Jarratt found his training as a paratrooper and special forces trainee impeded. This marked the beginning of Jarratt's interest in using various unconventional training methods such as gymnastics strengthening exercises, yoga, and training implements like the clubbell, macebell and kettlebell for rehabilitation of injuries attained during his training as well as for further injury prevention. For Jarratt, fitness can also be rehabilitative! You can find Jarratt's taking unique approaches to fitness—incorporating Indian club swinging, yoga and movement to innovatively take your regime to the next level.

Hadi D.
For Hadi, fitness is more than just getting into physical shape. Rather, it is understanding one's body and what is it capable of. In realising the potential of the body, Hadi transformed what was once his hobby into his career. Starting of with calisthenics before moving into free weights strength training, Hadi makes it a point to constantly revamp his fitness regimes to include diverse sets of styles and trainings. Today, Hadi fancies himself as a jack of all trades—doing his best to incorporate all aspects of fitness training as best as he can in a hybrid manner. In his free time, he takes it upon himself to read more about nutrition, wellness and psychology—all of which pique his interest and inspire him in his career! Where he does have a few hours to himself, you can find him using the time to finish his poetry book which he's been working on.

Michelle L.
For Michelle, movement is an inextricable part of her life. From curtseying for candy in her first dance class to pursuing a professional dance career in New York City, Michelle's pursuit to explore all facets of movement continues to grow! As a performer, you're challenged to push your body to it's limits both physically and mentally. It is there where she found herself inexplicably drawn towards the works of the body—its technicalities and intricacies. Michelle is interested in how people move and what makes people move, both physically and mentally. With her background in dance, her training philosophy is centered around finding balance between mobility, power and strength. She believes that the ability to move with ease is a luxury, and hopes to bring that to the people she meets. Outside of the studio, Michelle's still trying to figure out how to do this thing called "Latte Art" and overcoming her fear of penny-boarding.

Viv T.
Viviane's definition of "exercise" spans multiple approaches that encompass a medley of weights training, mobility (active stretches), calisthenics, HIIT, yoga, self-massages and more. Her pursuit for better movement and a pain-free life started from the day she had a close shave with the grim reaper in a cycling accident. After having to relearn how to walk and function, Viv found her deepest fulfilment in being able to relate to, programme holistic solutions and celebrate each baby step of progress that her students and clients achieve. The pursuit for a better quality of life for those she meets has never stopped since! When she's not physically challenging herself in the gyms or studio, Viv is pretty much an introvert. She will most likely be hiding at home fixing her large Lego pieces, navigating Mario World on Nintendo Switch, or jamming on the keyboard so that she does not forget her musical side.
