No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

60 Min (Martial Arts)

The main difference between Gi and No-Gi BJJ is the technical use of the Gi when grappling. No Gi training is higher-paced as opponents are not able to grab or grip each other unlike its Gi counterpart – resulting in fewer ways to hold or stall an opponent while rolling.

Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu emphasises ground control, securing dominant positions, and enforcing submissions through precise joint locks and chokeholds, all while wearing a Gi. Classes progress from foundational movement drills to the acquisition of advanced techniques, catering to all skill levels.

Muay Thai

As one of the world’s most powerful and effective martial arts, Muay Thai utilises a combination of kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Conducted in a safe and encouraging environment, our Muay Thai classes focus on strong fundamentals and proper technique, a class suited for all levels from beginners to athletes.

Wrestling

60 Min (Martial Arts)

Wrestling involves getting your opponent on the ground and pinning them using methods like throws, foot sweep takedowns and clinch fighting. Classes start with warmup and movement drills followed by learning the techniques and ending off with situational or live sparring – an open-levelled class suitable for all.
