Get in a sweat session with our eclectic mix of Mobility and movement, Strength, Endurance, and Bodyweight classes tailored towards your fitness goals in our gym with diversed set of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, squat racks, gymnastic rings, along with fully padded floors.
Designed with everyone in mind, calm the mind and body through mindful movement with a variety of Yoga classes that range from Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin-yang styled sessions held in our attic. Our attic is a versatile and intimate space that holds space for Yoga and personal training.
Rebuild, repair and recuperate with our suite of recovery services ranging from our cold plunge & sauna to our infrared sauna, stretch therapy by our professional therapists, to compression therapy with compression boots from Recovery Systems.
