The main difference between Gi and No Gi BJJ is the technical use of the Gi when grappling. No Gi training is higher-paced as opponents are not able to grab or grip each other unlike its Gi counterpart – resulting in fewer ways to hold or stall an opponent while rolling.

Classes start with warmup and movement drills followed by learning the techniques and ending off with situational or live sparring – an open-levelled class suitable for all.

Perfect for newcomers and those looking to build more muscle, our class incorporates varied exercises to ensure a well-rounded training program with consistent functional patterns. Expect upper body, lower body and midline exercises performed at high reps with tempo work to ensure mechanical tension, muscular breakdown and metabolic stress, all of which induce a hypertrophic response.

Strength is the advanced class for Build graduates who are ready to take their strength to the ultimate level. Focus on compound movements done in lower rep ranges at a higher intensity. Our experienced coaches will track your progress and adjust your workouts to best suit your needs, helping you to enhance your maximal strength, coordination, bone density, speed and power.

This yin-styled class promises to enhance the body and mind. Working with restorative poses with calming sounds and vibrations, release any tension and tightness within your body and mind. Soundbaths have the healing power to reduce anxiety, improve your mood and can diminish pain levels.

Infrared Sauna
