The main difference between Gi and No Gi BJJ is the technical use of the Gi when grappling. No Gi training is higher-paced as opponents are not able to grab or grip each other unlike its Gi counterpart – resulting in fewer ways to hold or stall an opponent while rolling.

Conducted in a safe and encouraging environment, our Muay Thai classes focus on strong fundamentals and proper technique, a class suited for all levels from beginners to athletes.

Wrestling involves getting your opponent on the ground and pinning them using methods like throws, foot sweep takedowns and clinch fighting. Classes start with warmup and movement drills followed by learning the techniques and ending off with situational or live sparring – an open-levelled class suitable for all.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu revolves around ground fighting and submission holds, and focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling them, gaining dominant position, and forcing them into submission. Classes begin with movement drills followed by learning new techniques and ending off with situational or live sparring – “Rolling”. An open-levelled class suitable for all!
